  • Can I wear my hand-painted hat from Maisie James Co. in the rain?
    While the paint is sealed, I do not recommend getting it wet because this can cause the paint to bleed if saturated too much and these types of hats aren't recommended to get wet at all due to their material. As a precaution, we advise against wearing your hand-painted hat in the rain to preserve the integrity of the design and the hat itself.   • How long does it typically take for made-to-order hats to be shipped?
    Made to order hats from Maisie James Co. typically ship between 4-8 weeks, depending on the specific hat design and customization. We take pride in handcrafting each hat with attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. For Ready to ship hats, those generally take 2-3 business days to ship!

    Yes we do. We charge a standard $25 for international shipping.

    • We offer free shipping on all orders $250 and up. • Shipping for preordered painted hats is 4-6 weeks, ready to ship items ship within 7 business days of your order

    • Refunds are only accepted for clothing pieces & damaged items. • No returns are accepted for preordered painted hats. • In the event that a refund is needed & approved, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank account. • Your refund will be sent in the same manner as your payment method.
